DBU partners with reputable carriers, including (but not limited to) UPS Freight, FEDEX Freight, USPS and LTL services. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, DBU selects the most appropriate carrier to ensure timely and secure delivery.

2. Determining Shipping Costs
  • Negotiated Rates: DBU leverages our bulk shipping discounts and negotiated carrier rates to offer you the best possible shipping cost.
  • Order Factors: The final shipping cost is based on multiple factors such as product dimensions, weight, pallet sizes, and the destination address.
  • Transparency: A detailed breakdown of shipping costs will be provided at checkout or during the quotation process.
3. Handling Times
  • Lead Times: While assembly and product availability can vary by demand and season, DBU strives to process and ship most orders within 5–7 business days after the order is placed.
  • Assembly & Availability: Some products require additional assembly or are subject to manufacturing schedules. Please allow for extra processing time during peak seasons or for custom orders. “Customer can always call or email our office for more specific lead times during time of order.”
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email, which includes an estimated shipment date or range based on current production schedules.
4. Shipping Times
  • Transit Duration: Actual transit times depend on the carrier, shipping route, location, and possible weather or seasonal conditions.
  • Domestic vs. International: International shipping may take longer due to customs clearance and additional regulatory requirements.
  • Delays: While DBU works diligently to adhere to estimated shipping timelines, unforeseen events (e.g., carrier delays, inclement weather) may affect actual delivery dates. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
5. International Shipments
  • Customs & Duties: All applicable customs, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
  • Documentation: DBU provides necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance, but we are not liable for any additional border-related delays.
6. Order Tracking
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information and the carrier’s details.
  • Status Updates: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. Please contact DBU if you encounter any issues with order tracking.

Request a Return or Refund

To receive a refund or to return/exchange a product, please fill out the form below and be sure to state the reason for the return. Our support team will respond within 24 hours. All product sales in excess of 30 days are considered final and no refunds will be given.
