If any products arrive damaged or broken, or if part of your order is missing, you must notify the company within 3 days of delivery.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Dock Boxes Unlimited, Inc. (“DBU”) strives to provide complete customer satisfaction. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and product deliveries.

1. Order Cancellations
  • Cancellation Before Shipment: An order may be canceled at any time before the product ships. If you wish to cancel your order, please call our office at (800) 559-4269 or email support@dockboxes.com. A customer service representative will assist you.
2. Returns and Restocking
  • Return Window: You have 90 days from the date you receive your product(s) to initiate a return, not including warranty claims.
  • Restocking Fee: DBU charges a 25% restocking fee on returned items, plus all shipping costs associated with the return for non-warranty claims.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and the restocking fee for non-warranty claims.
3. Defective Products
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If your product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective, please contact our customer service team to request an RMA form.
  • Return Shipping Label: DBU will coordinate with the customer and the carrier to provide a return shipping label via email once it is created.
  • Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, DBU will issue a refund using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
4. Additional Delivery Services
  • Requested Services: If you require additional services such as lift gate, inside delivery, re-delivery, or re-consignment, please request these before your shipment leaves our dock.
5. Returns / Wrong Product / Unwanted Items:
  • Wrong Product / Unwanted Item: If you purchase the wrong product or decide you no longer want it, you may return the unused product within 90 days of receipt.
  • Restocking Fee & Shipping: A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply.
  • RMA & Shipping Label: Please contact us by phone (800-559-4269) or email (support@dockboxes.com) to arrange an RMA and obtain a return shipping label.
  • Refund: Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, DBU will process the refund using the original payment method.
  • Used Products: DBU accepts returns only for items that are unused, unless the product is defective or qualifies for a warranty claim.
6. Delivery Times & Appointments
  • Business Deliveries: Freight carriers typically deliver to businesses between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Residential Deliveries: Residential deliveries are scheduled by appointment. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time. If they cannot reach you within 48 hours, storage fees may apply.
  • Failure to Receive Delivery: If no one is available to receive the product at the scheduled time, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Product Returned to DBU: If the product is returned to our facility due to failed delivery attempts by LTL carriers, a 25% restocking fee may apply, and the customer may be responsible for the original freight cost and freight charges incurred for the return.
7. Time-Sensitive Delivery
  • Guaranteed Shipment: If you need products by a specific date (e.g., holidays or a contractor deadline), please notify us. Freight companies offer guaranteed shipment options at an additional cost.
8. Disclaimer

DBU shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its products, including (without limitation) any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, nor any loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any pecuniary loss, even if DBU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To receive a refund or to return/exchange a product, please fill out the form below and be sure to state the reason for the return. Our support team will respond within 24 hours. All product sales in excess of 30 days are considered final and no refunds will be given.
