Shipping & Returns Policy
Our ULTIMATE GOAL is complete customer satisfaction. Dock Boxes Unlimited, Inc. partners with most of the top freight LTL and truckload carriers so that you can rely on the most efficient and cost-effective way to receive your freight. If you have a carrier account that you prefer to use for your shipment, not a problem, we can coordinate the pick up of your freight from our warehouse location. Customers are always welcome to stop by and pick up their products from any one of our locations at no charge.
If any products arrive damaged or broken, or if part of your order is missing, you must notify the company within 3 days of delivery.
If additional services are required, such as lift gate, inside delivery, re-delivery or re-consignment, please be sure to request that additional service before your shipment leaves our dock. We can provide you with any information regarding charges for that service at that time. Requesting additional assistance from the driver or freight company when the delivery arrives may result in additional charges by the freight company and the charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Freight Carriers typically deliver between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday. RESIDENTIAL deliveries shipped by LTL Carrier are by appointment set up by the Carrier, they will call to set up the appointment with you.
Returns & Exchanges
If returning or exchanging a product, call 1-800-559-4269 or Contact Us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns and Exchanges are subject to additional freight costs and the customer is responsible for the freight charges. Returns must be received in new condition and may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

To receive a refund or to return/exchange a product, please fill out the form below and be sure to state the reason for the return. Our support team will respond within 24 hours. All product sales in excess of 30 days are considered final and no refunds will be given.
